Amazing experience working with the team at Martin & Co - Tunbridge Wells. Rob was so helpful and persistent in finding me the right property. David was informative with great communication and explanations throughout the whole process in getting me into the property. Finally a huge thank you to Scott, for no reason at all he gave me some sterling advice about current market trends and some invaluable tips to secure a quick sale of my home - this alleviated a lot of stress when moving. I may also add that he did not have to do this, unfortunately, I had already instructed a different EA but, with free advice like that, I am sure I will be working with the team again in the future when acquiring a new property. Cannot fault the professionalism of this team. Whether renting, buying or selling in the Tunbridge Wells area, these are the people to work with, look no further!

Robert Gilbertson helped my husband and I find a flat in the UK while we were still living in South Africa. He was always friendly and efficient, and our experience of dealing with him was nothing but positive. He clearly knows what he's doing, as the whole process went so smoothly. Everything was always explained to us in an easy way, and he was always willing to answer any questions we had. We owe a lot to him and would highly recommend Martin & Co Tunbridge Wells if you're looking for a place to rent or buy in the area.

Martin & Co. could not have been more helpful in sorting out some problems we had with our properties and tenants. The practical advice we received was excellent. Also, in finding new tenants, their acute knowledge of the current local market enabled new satisfactory tenants to be found speedily. We have been letting properties for 25 years and the service we've received has been far superior to any from other agents.

I am very pleased with the service of the Martin & Co Tunbridge Wells letting agency. All the staff members were very helpful and supportive to us. They listened to our expectations and helped us to find the right apartment within a short time. I can happily recommend their excellent service to anyone.
