We have just bought a house through Knight Frank, dealing with Ross throughout the process. Ross has gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions, helping to ensure that the chain remains intact and moves forwards despite some challenging timescales. He’s been brilliant. We have no plans to move again for a very long time, but if we did I’d have no hesitation in instructing Knight Frank.

We found the process of selling our home quite harrowing for various reasons but the shining light in this assault course was Simon Biddulph and his team at Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells. From our first meeting he was highly professional, competent, and reassuring. Throughout the whole process he was always available, knowledgeable and often revealed a great sense of humour particularly when it was needed. His backup team were likewise delightful and able, Shiela in the office and Chris with the viewings demonstrated kindness and encouragement at just the right times. The transaction was successful and my wife Carol and I cannot adequately thank this teams competence. We would thoroughly recommended this company. Thank you.

Simon Biddulph has exceptional knowledge of the local housing market. He and his team were proactive, friendly and realistic in their approach to selling our house. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dealing with Knight Frank as a purchaser has been a breathe of fresh air. From first contact throughout the transaction they were polite, helpful, courteous, responsive and extremely professional. A really different experience compared to other agents that I have spoken to. My transaction was not straightforward, but the calmness with which each issue was dealt with means that I would certainly feel comfortable to have them represent me in the future. I dealt with the Tunbridge Wells Branch and have nothing but praise for Dan and the team. Great job and thank you.
