Recently used Sumner Pridham to sell my flat. Excellent company to deal with. I was especially impressed by the care taken over the photos and particulars and their attention to detail whilst still being competitively priced. Tina in particular did an excellent job in keeping in touch with all parties concerned. Would highly recommend.

We sold and bought through Sumner Pridham and were most impressed by their excellent local market knowledge, patience and warm professionalism. Thanks to Martin & team who were pragmatic when they needed to be but never lost sight of the fact that we were buying a home, not just a house.

I have both bought and sold through Sumner Pridham and you could not find a more professional, patient and helpful estate agent. Martin took me to the house I wanted to buy numerous times so I could measure and check things out,. He organised lots of viewings for my house and sold it over the asking price within a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this business, it knocks the socks of everyone else, you will be very well looked after, and might even enjoy the experience!

We have purchased our first house through Sumner Pridham and they were outstanding - brilliant communication at all times, friendly professional and such a high level of customer service. Its a lovely family-run business with a high level in their attention to detail. Would always recommend them to others and use them in the future.
