We want to say a big thank you to Kim Stephenson and his team for providing us with outstanding service from the moment we first enquired about a property on their books. Always friendly, professional and patient, especially when we asked to see the property several times prior to making an offer. Kim was very attentive and followed up all our questions with the vendor in a thorough and timely manner. We were also very impressed with the service we received from Phil and Helen. They could not have been more helpful or courteous. The icing on the cake came when Phil gave me a bottle of champagne when I went to collect the keys for our new home.

Kim and the team at Bracketts were fantastic to deal with throughout our house purchase. We had a bit of a rocky road with significant problems coming up in the survey...and a tricky chain as well, but Kim kept on top of everything and helped us through the negotiations. He even went out of his way to hand deliver documents to us on one occasion.  Thank you Kim and Bracketts - We are very happy in our new home!

I would highly recommend Bracketts in Tunbridge wells. Coming from a customer service background you really notice when people go that extra mile and the team in bracketts In Tunbridge wells certainly do just that.  A huge thank you in particular to Phil who has been so efficient and helpful and talked us through the process every step of the way, and really kept me and my partner updated throughout the process. Thank you also to Kim & Helen.

Bracketts  efforts in selling my mother's home were sensitive, knowledgeable and finely tuned to the  market.Their valuation  proved accurate and successful. Regular updates and communication throughout were excellent and their personal service in minding the property a great comfort at a difficult time.
