We've now used Your Move Tunbridge Wells twice. Once for buying a flat about 6 years ago. And then for selling that flat. They've been awesome each time. A very friendly and helpful team. Big shout out to Katy Jewel and Tracey Lowe in particular! When it came to selling the flat, we got a few Estate Agents to value the property. We knew the rough value, as some neighbours had recently sold. A couple of the Estate Agents under-valued or were very cautious about the asking price. But Your Move knew the real value and were happy to push for a good price for us and we got exactly what we wanted from the sale. It was really fast too. We got 4 offers after just 2 days on the market. And accepted a final offer on the third day. Of course, with all the legal nonsense with selling/buying in the UK, it took another 8 months to actually move house! But the Your Move team were very helpful and always in communication with us, our buyers and our solicitors. :

We recently moved to UK and was looking for suitable places in Tunbridge Wells. For few days we were speaking to so many agencies. Some agencies took more than 3 days to even book a visit. Then we met Gabriela from Your Move. She agreed to arrange the visit on the same day we inquired and was very clear on explaining about the property. Once we expressed our interest everything happened really fast. Since we were new to the process, Gabriela went beyond and above the explain the process and guide us through it as well. Gabriela also managed to arrange everything within few days and we are very grateful for that. Your move has an excellent online process for reference checking and document signing. I thought I was allergic to estate agents but Lisa and her efficient team at Your Move at Tunbridge Wells have proven me wrong! Thoroughly impressed with the expert advice and communication, professional but also accommodating attitude and in addition always available and swift to answer and act upon any questions/ queries or detailing I might have had. From the first point of call from my initial enquiry about a rental property, viewing , through all the documentation, right to the end point of my key collection was handled with excellent customer service. I have total confidence with Your Move Tunbridge Wells. Attention to detail, as well as most of all, a welcoming estate agents. Lisa was my main point of call but I also had contact Gabriella and Hayley. Felt a great sense of occasion with a surprise Your Move moving starter pack and thoughtful card. Recently sold our house with your move Tunbridge Wells. 1st time selling for us and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful team. The process was quite challenging at times but Tracy and the team were always there at the end of the phone to help us through it. Towards the end, it became particularly stressful with issues coming up from the solicitors. Tracy was amazingly proactive in chasing things through and ensuring that we got our sale completed. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Well done.
I have used this company twice recently to find tenants and am very pleased with their service. The details were up on the Internet very quickly and attracted a lot of interest. Gabriela and Alex conducted all the viewings and found excellent tenants for both properties.
My wife and I are trying to sell our flat, so we started to research state agents. We found Katy Jewel from your Move. She was professional, lovely and knowledgeable, and because of her we decided to use Your Move. It was definitely the right call. They are doing an amazing job. The staff, Katy and Tracy, at the High Street Tunbridge Wells office could not have been more helpful both in organizing viewings and then guiding the sale process. In contrast and out of the branch's direct control, subsequent dealings with their third parties regarding the admin of selling has, so far been impersonal and less assured but we go on...
