Most impressed with the help, quiet professionalism and attention to detail of Gemma and her team at Kings. They smoothed the way through the entire process from first contact to completion by keeping on top of all aspects of liaison between the various parties. We had no need to chase them and they answered all our queries promptly with courtesy and good humour, turning what could have been a stressful couple of months into a more acceptable sequence of organised stages. Thoroughly recommended.

I could not fault the service provided by Kings in finding me a tenant for my flat. As well as being a very professional, friendly bunch, they have good systems for keeping you updated on viewings and appointments and have the experience to vet prospective tenants and not always go for the “easy win”. I’d not hesitate to recommend them. Oh- their fees are reasonable as well.

The service I have received from Kings has been of a very high standard throughout and I have confidence that this will continue. They are a professional but friendly firm and are brilliant with communication. I chose to use Kings to rent out my own home after having rented a property and being a tenant with this agency myself; I had been impressed as a tentant and now as a landlord. All of the team I have spoken to have been very knowledgeable and helpful and they also show a good understanding of how important a property can be to you. I have been particularly pleased with the communication experience I have had with my key lettings contact but can honestly say the whole Kings team have been fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I've been very pleased (and relieved) by how well Kings have dealt with an issue that arose in my building, keeping both me and my tenant informed and pushing to get the necessary works done.
