People with sensitive skin, please be extra careful.... I went there after reading all the good reviews. Met Vinita during my first appointment for Nd:YAG patch test. She was very professional and clear about every thing. I was told, if I am interested in the package then I will HAVE to buy their own sunscreen protection, which they thought was perfect in every aspect. Patch (spot) test went well. However due to very sensitive skin I was bit skeptical of using any other sun lotion. I requested to have a look at the sun lotion that cost £50. In Past I have used only Hypo Allergic products. Their sun lotion did not read Hypo Allergic, so I refused to buy if I went ahead with treatment. However I wanted to know more about how they treat people with sensitive skin. My appointment was booked to see the area manager. Area manager does not know English well, I had to repeat my self several times and so many different ways, still a big waste of time. On that day I was wearing 50 SPF sun lotion with full on makeup. I was then asked to test their sun lotion on top of it!!! This gave me clear idea how much they really care for people with sensitive skin. Area manager had over three years of experience in this field. I was really shocked and upset. However I explained her that, I would never ask anyone to test sun lotion on top of makeup, its not a genuine way to test. They refused to give me a sample. I requested my refund £25 as I was not at all interested at this point Then I was told that the manager will get in touch with me. But I was not interested in any more explanation from any manager. I still have not received my £25. I was told that is the price I have to pay for patch test which was more like a spot test. Patch test are free in most of the leading salons!. Working full time makes it even difficult to chase these people. In an ideal world if you happen to change your mind you get a refund. What a waste of time..........!

5 stars for Stacey. She has been doing my treatments for over a year and has provided excellent customer service. She is always professional, kind, caring and does a brilliant job! She ensures that you feel comfortable while having your treatment and answers all questions asked as best as possible. Thank you for providing a brilliant service.

Very good so far! I have now had two laser treatments with stacey and vinita. Both ladies were professional and pleasant. From what I described stacey said that the laser has had a good effect so far. Fingers crossed it continues to be effective! P.s. monica who did my initial consultation was a breath of fresh air- very direct, down to earth & forthcoming with the facts about the most effective treatment on offer. 😊
