I arrived at Supercuts at 5.20 (40mins before closing time) to find it half shut. The lady inside told me she couldn't cut my hair because she was doing stock take. If doing stock take prevents you from still serving customers then you need to do this after customer opening hours or put more staff on. This is basic business sense and I am astounded by the complete incompetence of by this branch and it's staff.

My first time visiting this hairdresser must say warm and professional greeting. Lucky me l got seen to right away. Discussed with hairdresser my requirements and the rest was a blissful experience. Reasonable price too and very happy with my cut thank you. I wanted too book appointment but they also do walk ins as well which is handy. I had cut n blow dry and style fabulous.

I asked the lady to curl my hair and apparently she said that I have "chemicals" in my hair... For real? I paid £20 to wash and straight my hair when I can do it in my own house and for free... Not happy at all...

Asked for cut with a certain expectation in mind. What I got exceeded that, it was fantastic, never had a cut like that before. Everyone I know said after that, that I look like a piff ting, apart from my Chinese friend but he doesn't know fashion so that's ok, and now my friend wants a cut from there too because mine was that good. Love it and going to continue to go there for as long as I can.

Any time during a week you go there, they refuse to accept you! Even if they have only 2 customers. Very bad and unprofessional manner, always give you bad feeling. I am living in Uxbridge just 10 minutes walk from this hairdresser and i went there more than 10 times or more as I remember,just to blow-dry my hair but even i went there at 4:00 pm they refuse to do the job or either went there at 5:00 pm they again refuse to do the job and it is very annoying for me as they even dob't have more than 2 customers most of the time waiting for blow-dry . So lazy and impolite staff, looking to find the manager of this shop to talk to him/ her regarding this unprofessional manner of the staff. I don't understand why anytime anyday i went there the staff refuse to accept me, hate this salon!
