I visited your salon for the first time last Month using the online booking service. I booked my appointment for 2.45pm I arrived on time. I was greeted by Olivia who I'd booked my hair appointment with and had been asked to take a seat. I was then waiting for 30mins for my appointment as she was still doing another customers hair. No one had set any expectations on how long I'd be waiting for. When I got seen to Olivia apologised but I felt my haircut was rushed and wasn't what I was asked for. The salon was not busy at all, given it was a Tuesday afternoon as some of your junior staff were by the sinks chatting away to each other. Olivia's next customer had arrived within the 10mins I had just started my hair cut, which added more pressure to get my hair done as quick as possible. For the cost you charge for a cut a blow dry for a senior stylist level this level of customer service is not acceptable. Regardless of how busy you are, if I have an appointment booked for a certain time I'm happy to wait 5-10mins, but 30mins is really pushing it. I had to add additional money for my parking ticket. I'm not sure if this is what your service is like usually and for me a haircut is a treat and sometime for myself. I felt I was being rushed and didn't enjoy the overall experience.

Recently had a hair cut here for the first time since walking past it every day to and from work. Really glad I went in as the service and whole experience was excellent. I am really pleased with my hair cut and the product/styling advice I received. This will now be my regular hairdressers :)

Have been going there for 5 years now and have consistently had great service as well as proper consultations that have led to my hair quality improving significantly within the first 6 months of my first appointment.
