5 star treatment. Highly recommend Beautyvell and the lovely Ali. Had my 7 year old daughters ears pierced here and it was such a great service. My daughter was a little anxious but Ali really helped settle her and made her feel calm about it all. Ali was so friendly and lovely, myself and my daughter felt at ease straight away. The aftercare recommendations and advice was both very useful and thorough. I was delighted with the experience and so was my daughter, she was chuffed to bits with her new earrings! And it was excellent value for money.
Unnecessarily stressful experience today getting my daughters ears pierced. I would not recommend for children's ear piercing the lady was very nervous and panicked a lot. There was alot of fumbling with the light which did not go to the right place for my daughter's left ear. She rushed the second ear with poor light so it didn't clasp the earring properly. I was then left to try to manually assist myself. The lady seemed inexperienced and lacked poise and confidence.
Very good treatment. However, even though over their website they seem to be COVID conscious and in waiting outside for your appointment, once in the shop the attitude towards Covid is more lukewarm ie the reception was only wearing a visor which is no protection against Covid and the therapist had a mask loose around her mouth but not over her nose and was not wearing gloves which most therapists I had been in contact with did. I understand wearing gloves for beauty treatment is not practical but this is a matter of life and death.Service: Laser hair removal
Speaking to Ali from Beautyvell has changed my life. I've had several laser treatments now and it's been extremely effective! Ali is very professional and I trust her completely when it comes to my cosmetic needs. You can also earn loyalty points which I have put towards 2 full body massages! I would thoroughly recommend all of their treatments. They really know what they're doing.
Very lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Always come out feeling and looking great after any treatments. I've been going for years. Very strongly recommended !!
