I had previously given this salon a 5 star review but had to withdraw it. The service has definitely slipped. I had eyelash tint and perm by Veena and it was terrible. It lasted 2 weeks and started curling inwards and eyelashes fell out in patches which has never happened to me before! If you try and complain the other girls are very passive and docile and do nothing about it saying it’s probably you. Also I find one of the girls did a manicure for me, tried to charge me extra, they are never very clear with their prices and she was sooooo slow. I will be looking elsewhere.

I recently went into Glamorise to get my hair cut, styled and coloured. The service I received from all the staff their was of the highest standard. Michelle took her time with me and advised me of the best treatment for my hair. Its the first time i had a balayage treatment and I absolutely loved the results! The facilities are outstanding and the products used are of the highest quality. I would highly recommend Veena and her staff to anyone who’s looking for any sort of beauty pampering. These girls really make you feel special while getting your treatments done.

Everyone there is so professional and polite. I had my eyebrows micro blades and I’m soooo happy with the results! Venna talked me through the whole proceedure and we worked together to get the perfect shade! I’m sooo happy with the outcome. Thanks

I have always been more than impressed with the service at this salon. I've had several treatments over the years which have always been carried out with the upmost professionalism. This is also the only place I will get my hair cut. I have really thick, coarse hair and to find a hairdresser that can meet my needs and have the experience to manage that is hard to find. I absolutely love getting my hair done here - I refuse to go anywhere else. To apply layers to my hair without it ending up looking 'choppy' is a miracle in itself. Please keep up the great work girls! Great team that has always made me feel more than welcome every time I visit the salon. 5 star service.

My auntie has recently visited this salon and said she was really impressed at the standard of customer service. She will definitely return for another head massage from the Saturday girl
