I have been visiting Short n Curlys for around 3 years now, they are really amazing and get my hair right every time. I think I've pretty much had every stylist over that time and I feel comfortable no matter who does my hair. The receptionists are so warm and friendly and make you feel at home straight away always asking how I am and my children. 
It's not a luxury salon but their experience and knowledge of hair is well worth visiting for.

I phoned to make an appointment and they made it to seem it's very busy.

Asked about the price and I was told it's between £35.5 and £45.5 depending on style.

When I got there it was quiet and I was sent to a girl without being asked what price do I want to pay.

At the end I was asked to pay 45.5 reason being - my hair was done by the best girl.

Question: Who would say in a saloon that she wants her hair to be cut by a medium or less good woman hairdresser?
Not every employee should know her job properly?
 
You can't even say thank you by leaving some tip to the girl that cut your hair as you've been ripped off already.

Very disappointing as in this way you will lose customers!

Paid £50 for a wash cut and blow dry and was in and out in 25 mins (I have waist length hair). I would expect an hour for that price. Hairdresser was ride and spent the whole time talking to the stylist next to her
