Visited 2017 - Disgusting dirty restaurant, cold food, slow service. Worst KFC restaurant ever. I re-visited (27/03/18) in the hope that things may have improved as a friend had stated that they had been in recently and because of the Snow I did not want to risk going into Manchester like I usually do! However this time the food was hot and actually tasted fine however I ended up with food poisoning and was ill for three days! I was fine up until I ate KFC and it was the only thing I had eaten all day! AVOID!!!!

Again they messed up my order. I got home to find all of the meals had no gravy AND I paid extra for extra tubs. I spent £48 on food and no one had gravy. let's face it, the gravy is the best part. The problem with this particular KFC is that employs cheap labour and it is run by kids who are too busy flirting with each other and not concentrating on customer orders. Did not enjoy the food at all. a real let down for KFC I'm afraid

The drive thru was awfully organised it took a good hour to get our food and the food was cold and they forgot something off our order so we had to go back in and sort it out which took a further 20 minutes. The staff are so rude and do not show any manners

The menus say that KFC still use their original recipe, this is untrue as the coating on the Chicken is totally different i preferred it when the coating was bread crumbs rather than the batter now being used. I have also started using Chunkie Chicken & prefer theirs as chicken is better with bigger portions at a cheaper price.

I usually avoid this place as most of the staff are teenagers who are more interested in pissing about than getting orders right. I made the mistake of going today and shock horror they ballsed up my order yet again. They made me wait ten minutes for chicken as they'd run out, then I had to ask to make sure they'd put my gravy in, they hadn't ! And to top it off when I got home and opened the bag they'd also forgot the CHIPS!
