First time visit on 28th November to meet up with friends. (Forty mile drive for us from Buckingham and for friends from Chippenham) We were all delighted with the staff, service and the food. Next time I will forgo the starter so that I have room for a dessert! Great value. We will be back in the spring!

Really tasty food. Really friendly service. Really well kept pub restaurant that's off the beaten track and worth seeking out.

Wonderful little pub, tucked away in beautiful old village. The Lamb was recommended to us and it didn't disappoint. It's a friendly and inviting place with a lovely atmosphere, but most importantly - the food is excellent! We will definitely be returning again soon.
