Now we all know spoons is cheap cheerful pub. This one though is probably the worst I have ever visited. Glasses are very dirty and sticky, cocktails do not taste how they're meant to taste and somehow they and run put of straws.nService isn't great. I can't comment on hotel and food as didn't have that only had 1 cocktail and left but first impressions wernt great.

This is a large pub with plenty of seating.  There's the normal great spoons menu with something for everyone.nnWe ordered through the app, and our food and drinks came pretty quickly.  The food was well cooked, and the portion sizes we great.  Staff were all really friendly despite it being really busy.

It's poor when customers have to clear tables of dirty dishes before they can sit down. So many tables not cleared and trolleys full of crockery waiting to be taken away. It's 13:15 and very quiet, there is no excuse for the tables not to be cleared and cleaned. I'd be interested in the hygiene rating???

Standard Spoons set up.nnGood location on the river.nnService here is quite slow and inconsistent. Never seem to have enough staff at peak times. Have waited upwards of twenty minutes for app drink orders and 5-10 minutes at the bar.

This review is for the restaurant. The food was fine for the price, but most tables hadn't been cleared. To be honest it was a bit of a bomb site. I appreciate it was busy, but maybe more staff are needed. after my main I ordered a hot chocolate and a dessert neither came for ages so because I ordered off the app I thought I'd speak to a member of staff I showed them my order and after a while a fairly melted dessert turned up, but no hot chocolate so I went and asked again and he said it comes on a different order so it'll be with you in a sec. it never did turn up and considering I had shown them my order 3 times by now I just gave up. my friend who did get his drink went to the first coffee machine, but it had ran out of most of the drinks so he went downstairs to use the other one and that didn't work properly either.
