Very impressed, very helpful and cheerful staff who were keen to help me (I use a crutch and struggled with luggage). Enforced stay due to snow but was all in all a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend for a short stay.

I was there during the week. No noise issues. Lovely receptionist. Clean, comfortable bed and rooms. Great location and price!

So clean and good price. Room 4 is a nice size for 1 or 2. I was here on a Sunday in winter, no noise issues. Have not had a shower yet but very clean.

15th century building 21st century amenities. If you are in town for a day or two is best place to stay. Efficient, clean and comfortable rooms. No phone inside the room and no breakfast. Plenty nice places to eat. Very friendly and helpful when asked for places to see.

Day 2 of my week on my 4th year coming here.. they have a FANTASTIC suite all 'disabled adapted'.. wheel in shower, large bathroom, large double bed- bedroom and lounge.... very wheelchair friendly...VERY friendly staff, can't do enough for you .. without 'bugging you.' I'd HIGHLY recommend staying here.. centre of town but no noise through the windows despite being opposite the nightclub.. I've stayed at different times of the year, always for a week or more and would never go elsewhere. I LOVE this place and NO I don't work here I'm just a VERY happy guest from Scotland! Kebab & Pizza shop next door and Chinese/chip shop next to that!...plus not far from McDonald's and Burger King... plus other 'eateries & restaurants.
