We were disappointed to find that we could not use either either the sitting room or the courtyard garden despite the garden being shown on the website which did spoil our stay unfortunately This is the first time we have stayed in a B And B without that facility

A wonderful friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely room and comfortable bed. Yummy breakfast!
