The Keys Pub & Dining has a relaxed atmosphere and prides itself on providing only the highest quality locally sourced and freshly cooked food.

Our menus are a tasty mix of traditional pub classics and modern English dishes, with a wide range of light bites and nibbles perfect for sharing with friends and family over a relaxed drink or two.

Our extensive selection of draught beers, including local cask beers awarded the Cask Marque of quality, European lagers and worldly wines ensure that there is something to suit everyone’s taste.

The keys is a nice gastro pub, it is a little isolated and so driving in and out is needed, but the parking is ample.

The food is of a good quality, though the portion could have been a little bigger. The drink selection could also be a little more inspired... However they did a great mulled wine over the Christmas period.

The staff were very friendly and helped on all fronts. The atmosphere were chilled and it was easy to chat inside.

Pleasant surroundings. Friendly staff. Standard pub fare on menu with some veggie options. Mid price range. Large car park.

Just had a Sunday lunch with family.  Flavoursome meal, good portions and value for money.   Real homemade massive yorkshire puds were delicious.  Lemon sponge, choc fudge cake and apple crumble all delicious.  Young waitress very pleasant and attentive.  All in all a nice friendly pub, will definitely visit again.

We were advised only half the (small) menu was available and a 30 minute wait, we accepted that without problem. We ordered smoked salmon and home cured beetroot for our 3 starters....4 tiny pieces of beetroot cut wafer thin arrived, when I asked the waitress if they had also run out of beetroot she honestly replied 'yes'. My main course of fish and chips was very undercooked as was the dumplings on the chicken stew that my friend ordered.
We were a party if 3_celebrating my friends birthday.
The wait and shortened menu were not a problem. The quality if the food served was. I have eaten and enjoyed the Keys many times but felt massively let down and quite honestly embarrassed on thus occasion as the meal was a birthday treat for a valued friend.

Fantastic meal  home cooked and delish will definitely be back, couldn't find fault with anything, staff very helpful and friendly, warm and relaxing  atmosphere.
