Stayed here when touring with some mates on motorbikes . Food brill and a very pleasant young lady manager

Clean and comfortable room. Food reasonable in bar. Service and staff were great.  My issue was that it was very warm and I wanted to sleep with the window open. However there was a lot of smoke coming up from people smoking in the car park. Horrible.

Positives - Room large with nice bathroom. Excellent Wi-Fi.  Dinner was good that we paid for separately. Check in fast and efficient. 

Negatives - Cups were unwashed from previous occupants. We were above one of the bar entrances and a fan went on for ages - day and night. Then cleaners arrived at 6.20am, had a chat outside (loudly) and then swilled water for ages. There was a fire door outside our door and staff clearly smoked next to it, so we kept getting cigarette smell in our room. Breakfast was not included. Parking unclear but explained once checked in.

Room was big. Location central. Food good however external fan was on most of the night and cleaners were smoking outside of our room. Had the potential to be very good but wasnt

I went to Thw Grove Inn which id part of thecY Not group. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drink prices were about normal for the area. Good WiFi with instructiins to connect clearly visible.
