Received a warm welcome from the host on arrival. Lovely period property. Our room was amazing! Huge room, really comfortable. Beautiful prints on walls of local scenes. The welcome pack in the room was the best I've seen - so much information. Lots of ideas for walks & tours, made me wish we were staying longer. We were grateful for the tip about the puffins just after Reay - we saw them! Brilliant!
Lovely older home about a 10 minute walk from the city centre, and even less to the beautiful northern coast of Scotland! Our room was huge, and on the ground floor which was great as one of us has mobility issues. Our host was a hoot! Very approachable and funny, and full of info about the area. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend :
Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Pet surcharge was a nominal £5 extra.Room very clean with ample tea making facilities.Hard to fault anything. Short flat walk to Shops Restaurants etc.Would absolutely, definitely stop here again.

So friendly and nice! Staff couldn't do enough for you. Went above and beyond at every possible opportunity. We were only passing through but this was the best place we've stayed so far in Scotland. Can't believe there are any reviews less than 5/5 on here, people must just have impossibly high standards. Lisa and her dog are just amazing and made us feel so welcome!
