My experience of this GP practice, before, during  & after the Covid pandemic, has been entirely positive.  I’ve always been able to get an appointment with a GP, or the excellent practice nurse, within a reasonable timeframe. I’ve found the GP’s to be attentive, caring & efficient & they have all been good at following up on any actions that they have said that they would do.  The reception staff are also friendly & helpful & I love the telephone system which holds your place in the queue  & calls you back when you have reached the top of the queue. It is so much better than other GP practices which still either hold you in the queue for ages or worse still give you the busy tone & force you to keep re-dialling.  I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent GP practice.

M personal opinion is this is a twrrible doctors havent seen 1 for years as they always want me on the phone im really struggling with my mental health and feel as if im not being taken seriously enough even though st peters hospital have emailed them regarding me

The pharmacist was very helpful, called me a day early and then rang me back as I was out driving and sorted everything for me.

I have nothing expect appreciation for doctors and all the staff at the Hythe Surgery. They are caring and very attentive. I wish them best in their service to community and long  may continue. Thanks

I have been discriminated because of my disability by Doktor Wilson. She questioned me over the phone about my blue badge???!!!!!!!! Unacceptable behaviour coming from the Doctor Who also need to deal with different patients issues .

Absolutely useless. First time I've ever spoken to a doctor at this practice. The doctor was so rude and just spoke over me the whole time. Didn't let me explain anything and just basically told me there is nothing that could be done for me. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never going to use this practice again

Arrived 10 mins early for my appointments, 50 minutes later I enquired when the doctor would be seeing me nobody else in waiting room, they informed me the doctor had gone home because they had not marked me as arrived on their system. I work 9-5 so had to take time off to make the appointment and now have to come back another day. Really unimpressed.

Got to say it .but you all have helped me so much .staff fantastic the doctors well I can't thank them anove. The best doctors staff ever
