Have no hesitation in recommending this practice..Over recent years,I’ve come to Need their help after taking the quick way down stairs, which I don’t recommend to anyone...😃
Joking apart.All the GPs there have gone over and above my expectations from a doctor,especially Dr Warwicker, who even takes time to explain exactly what’s happened with damage to spine..Thank you Dr Warwicker..That goes a long way...Doctors work under extreme pressure on ltd budgets, which I’ve also taken up with Philip Hammond as I’m disgusted at the lack of funding that’s so desperately needed in the NHS.....Thank you so much to all at The Grove..xxxx

I dont understand why they provide such  a poor service. I have a very painful and serious health problem and instead of talking  to me and try to understand my needs they just threw me in a room to have a scan and it was not even the right scan for that specific problem. The nurse was cold and not interested of listening to me, and at the end of my visit she said the doctor will see you in a few days. She didn't give me a specific date, she didn't ask me when I am available.I really hate that place and the only thing I need is to see a real doctor who can listen to me and understand my problem. Im really mad and disappointed and I'm going back to talk to someone and get some answers

Had minor surgery,  was told nurses at gp were to change dressing daily. "Well we can fit you in on the 10th of march" 
Useless. If I could choose for this place not to receive any of my tax money it wouldn't.

I attend this practice regularly with a dependent relative. The staff are all incredibly caring and patient. It is significantly better than my own local practice in terms of care and receptionist attitude to patients. they go out of their way to be helpful, but it is busy and it is the NHS so be realistic!

The doctors are very nice. This is in a good location. The staff is helpful, and is relatively easy to schedule an appointment. They have also a online system that works.
