The Princess Margaret Hospital entire staff, from the reception to the operating theatre, were very professional and friendly at every stage and at all times.nnI would like to highlight the professionalism of my consultant, Ms. Samita Nayak, in providing the initial consultation and appropriate examination, recommended treatment, and the surgery.nnQualified nurse Akhila provided professional care before and after the surgical procedure.nIt was a pleasure communicating with her. I thank her for the special attention and care that was so necessary that day. Her ability to listen and help with any request was excellent.nnThank you to everyone involved in the surgical process and for doing everything possible to ensure its smooth and successful completion.
I recently had a procedure carried out at this hospital and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.nnFrom the moment I arrived, every member of staff I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing felt rushed — each person took the time to explain exactly what was happening at every stage, which left me with no questions unanswered and, more importantly, no unnecessary anxiety.nnThe procedure itself went smoothly, and I was discharged on the same day as planned. I felt thoroughly looked after throughout, and left with full confidence in the care I had received.nnI would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. I had four physiotherapy sessions with Alex after my meniscus surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the first session she was incredibly kind, professional and supportive.nShe always explained everything very clearly and helped me understand the exercises I needed to do to improve my knee after the operation. She made sure I felt confident doing them and always took the time to answer any questions I had.nWhat I really appreciated was her positive and realistic attitude. She encouraged me not to completely close the door to running in the future. Of course she reminded me to be careful, listen to my body and progress slowly, but her encouragement gave me a big psychological boost and motivation to keep working hard on my recovery.nThank you, Alex, for your support, kindness and professionalism during my rehabilitation. I truly appreciate it!
Superb experience , from admission to discharge. MR Chana performed a hip replacement which he made an extremely straightforward experience , fantastic anethestist 'Peter' who was so reassuring, great team who provided all the care I needed, with a smile . Immaculate , airy , room . Such tasty food. Great follow up . I thoughroughly recommend this facility as it was a pleasant experience. Nothing to fault. THANK YOU Princess Margaret, Windsor.
I can not fault a single thing. From my very first visit, I was made to feel incredibly welcome.n​This was my first-ever surgical procedure, and although I wasn't feeling worried, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of my surgery, every single member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and reassuring. The pre-op clinical staff, my fantastic surgeon, and the lovely anesthetist completely put me at ease. A special shoutout to my nurse Ashma, who stayed by my side until I drifted off—we were chatting and laughing the whole time with my anesthetic and other staff in the pre op room, which was so comforting.n​The exceptional care didn't stop after surgery; the post-op clinical team was great, and the food afterward was absolutely divine and much needed!. From reception and the porters to the catering staff and care teams, everyone was phenomenal. I would highly recommend The Princess Margaret Hospital time and time again!
