I've had to come here several times through Bupa and the treatment I received first class. Other than struggling to find parking I cannot fault the hospital. The team here are fantastic and the care is amazing.

I have been trying to get through to imaging since 8 am this morning. 1 hour 35 minutes later I still can't speak to anybody !!!

New website is total rubbish. Hospital is a nice place, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Good all round hospital.

Customer service is low when calling to make an appointment. I was left holding on for over 20 mins to just make an appointment. I asked for a specific consultant whom my GP had refered me to and someone by the name of Greg said I would have to call another number but if I could see another consultant he could book me in !!! FFS
