2 emergency appointments - one for an ultra sound that was never received by the ultrasound team until I complained a week and a half later and then suddenly the same day I got a call . The practise had told me to wait . When I got the call I asked the ultra sound team when they received the referral and they had said the same day I complained . Awful . Second is an emergency referral from 3 months ago for my son- still waiting but luckily his symptoms have gone not that they know that . We can’t blame the rest of the system if the Gp doesn’t play their part .Use to be good but not so much now.
very rude and unhelpful staff. It's impossible to book an appointment, receptionists are very rude. I understand during covid there were restrictions but it seems they don't want to help patients to get doctors appointments. If you lucky enough to get an appointment doctors are helpful and trying their best to help BUT RECEPTION AT THIS PLACE IS RUBBISH!!!
Receptionists & practice manager could have better table manners! regularly blocking the patients from seeing the doctor. I was also told by a receptionist to be able to have a home visit, you have to be elderly and unable to walk!! she then told me to go to the hospital if the case was that bad, no care or compassion very unprofessional. I feel this is a worry for the communities well-being and safety to their health!
Absolutely appalling treatment from the office staff. Trying to speak on the phone and they speak over you, shouting at people to get their voice heard. Not interested in patients wellbeing. I am a cancer patient and they have cancelled my appointment and deem it only suitable for a phone call appointment. NHS is finished it seems.
I Did two online forms for my sons to be seen, one was sent to Ashford walk-in and the other to have a phone call. When the doctor Misha rang and made an appointment for my youngest she sorted it so my other son would be seen there to. Really helpful, thanks very much
Very hard to get telephone or in person appointments. You end up searching for treatment online, none of which usually works. Grateful I have nothing too serious. The combination of government cuts and poorly skilled reception and admin staff show us the grim reality if the Tory NHS. National death rates prove it.
This doctors practice used to be great. You could call and get emergency appointments or at least speak to a doctor on the phone the same day. Now a face to face appointment is gold dust. Couldn't even get a phone call. They refer you to the urgent treatment centre whilst the GP's work part time doing private work on LIVI or the like. Reform of doctors and NHS services desperately needs to happen. It's no surprise excess death numbers are disgustingly high.
On hold for1hour 19 minutes today, so plenty of time to read the reviews. I was expecting the worst but eventually spoke to Sharon, who was truly amazing. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful, and sorted my complex issues so quickly with super efficiency and empathy. A credit to The Grove MC and the NHS. THANK YOU SHARON!
Couldn't be more happy with this particular practise. The receptionists are so lovely and really take care of my family and I. Nothing is ever a problem and always get through to them. Keep up the good work ladies.
Downloaded the Livi app to book an appointment, but Livi say they aren’t associate with this practice so I need to pay £49 for an appointment with my GP. This practice is hilariously awful. Thoughts and prayers to people who have something seriously wrong with them. Based on previous comments there’s 100% chance they’ve just given up and aren’t seeing anymore people.
