INFESTED WHEN BED BUGS we stayed here for a total of 2 hours… the infestation was so bad that they were crawling across the bed and large enough that we could very easily see them. also, the bedding was visibly dirty and stained. 100% do NOT recommend staying here!
Room was disgusting. People were smoking right outside the windows. Smelled like smoke, BO, and mildew. When we arrived the front desk worker was sitting on the couch with his shoes off not paying attention to us. Initially could not get the door to our room open. There was a black layer of grime on the AC unit. When we immediately left they would not offer any compensation. Would not recommend. Rooms: Dirty, smelled bad, grime over the surfaces, many things like drawers broken. Safety: Did not feel safe in the area. Noteworthy details: Say it is no smoking but people smoking directly outside the rooms. Ash trays all over the place. Heavy smell of smoke in the room.
I’m not even sure where to begin. Ironically the bathroom was the nicest part of the room. It looked like it had been recently redone. The hotel room had visible mold, the ceiling had obvious water damage, the wall had a persons name in glitter written on it. There were no towels and smelled of weed and smoke. The refrigerator and room itself was never cleaned. The owner looked like he was completely stoned. I felt like I stepped into a ghetto.
OK so THIS little motel used to be my favorite to go to! The owners were Chinese and the greatest people! However with in the last year or so they have changed owners ! These people were playing baseball when I came to park my van and then hit my car with the ball !!! And acted like it was my fault for parking there !! I was pissed, we left ! I will never and I mean EVER go back to this place. But I'll forever miss the great service and times we once had there under the old owners.
Stayed at Highlander Inn in Niagara Falls. The view of the falls from my room was amazing! Room was clean and staff were friendly. Good value for the price. Would recommend! The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Plus, the location is convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. While it's not a luxury option, the Highlander Inn provides a budget-friendly choice with an unbeatable view. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Niagara Falls without breaking the bank. Rooms: Although not extravagant, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. Nearby activities: Highlander Inn is conveniently located near the Battlefield. The room had a fantastic view of Niagara Falls, was clean, and the staff was friendly. Safety: During my stay at Highlander Inn in Niagara Falls, safety was a top priority. The motel provided a secure and comfortable environment. Food & drinks: One of the standout features of Highlander Inn in Niagara Falls is its proximity to a plethora of restaurants. If you're a foodie like me, you'll love the convenience of having so many dining options nearby.
I reserved for two nights but my travel plans had changed and needed to head back home for personal reasons and after speaking with the property manager, he had agreed to this but has still yet to issue my refund for the second night it’s been almost a week and still nothing, so unprofessional. So if you want to lose money, stay here room was ok until I went to the bathroom where it was dirty and there was blood on the door, then I found dead bugs in my bed.
This hotel must be falsely rated and reviewed with fake reviews! There is absolutely no way that ANYBODY would honestly give this more than a zero! I pulled up to the property and immediately felt unsafe. The grounds were in disgusting and in dissary. There were piles of cigarette butts in front of almost every room door on both levels. There are people permanently living in these rooms, and I'm convinced the rooms there are rented out by the hour. One of the male residents of this hotel came out of his room are stared at me the whole time as I walked to my room. The room was absolutely filthy!!!! I can't stress that enough!! The bathtub hadn't been cleaned and was slimy looking and stained. I was literally in the room for less than a minute, and I left feeling dirty. As a solo female traveling alone, I left. The young men working at the office were very polite and understood why I left. They were more than willing to offer a refund.
Dirty bathtub with hair, dirty blankets, spiderwebs and dirt on floors, mold in shower and window, what appears to be blood on the trim door, as well as something splattered all over the wall in the bathroom, centipede on sink Along with dead flies. All around dirty room. Something died beside the desk…mouse maybe? I have had better rooms in cuba. All doors downstairs open people appear to be living there. Requesting a refund this is absolutely disgusting, no one should rent here. The pool is disgusting and would not reach health and safety code as well as the garbage all over the place.
DO NOT stay here. They took my money for a 2 night stay. We arrived and waited in the parking lot for an hour, left and went to eat, returned and waited again for 20 min. There was NEVER any front desk staff available for check in so we were forced to go get another hotel. When the booking agent called to get my refund it was denied. This place is HORRIBLE
If i have to us one word to describe this place it disgusting just filty everything. Starting from the bed sheet stain the cover the tv remote not working and the tv wires out in the open, the shower curtain disgusting. Oh and the smell of the room was sooo irritating! If i could i would give this place 0 star!
