Ideally situated in North London, in a peaceful and quiet conservation area, we are only 30-40 minutes away from the main attractions of the city. With its 41 guest rooms, comfortable lounges, beautiful garden and several facilities it provides a restful and comfortable accommodation for visitors.

Mission

The Highbury Centre (the former Foreign Missions Club) was founded in 1893 with the aim to provide a place for rest for missionaries on furlough and a quiet and peaceful accommodation for those who need it. Since then our outer look and name has changed but the mission is the same. We welcome anyone from any faith background but offer reduced rates for those who are in full time Christian ministry.

Booker beware: Absolutely draconian and non-Christian cancellation policy. Read carefully before committing. Rooms are mid, breakfast good, but it's the same thing every day. Would have rated higher but the cancellation policy is horrendous 20% non refundable deposit, 40% for groups cancelling more than a month out, 100% less than a month out. Better hope you don't get sick or miss a flight, because they will make you pay!

The staff was warm, helpful and interested in providing a positive experience in staying at Highbury. The breakfasts were hardy and good. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. It was a fun place to stay close to bus and tube stations.Rooms: 5/5

My family and I 2 Adults, 3 Kids stayed at the Highbury in mid-September for a week at the beginning of my Sabbatical. The family room Double Bed, Twin Bed, and Bunk Beds were perfect for my family. The breakfast was amazing! And accessing London was relatively easy from the Centre either by bus or underground. We will definitely be going back in the future!

I booked Highbury Centre for my parents when they came to visit me in London for two weeks. I am extremely happy with the room services, breakfast and all facilities provided by the centre during my parents stay over there. Even my parents were so happy with their stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stag in london.

Highbury Centre was a very enjoyable stay. It's a great value for money. Aberdeen Park is a very quiet road, so it's great to get away from the busyness of London. The accommodation is very clean and tidy. Also, the full English breakfast option is great!  Walkability: It's about 10 minutes walk from Highbury & Islington Station,

Lovely large rooms with high ceilings.  A bit of noise from other rooms at times.  Sharing bathroom but was very clean.  Lovely breakfast.  Very nice staff.  Location near bus stop up the street and tube station about 10-15 min walk.Rooms: 5/5

The Highbury Centre provides comfortable beds, spacious lounge rooms and a large garden where visitors can take time to relax. Each morning we enjoyed a large English breakfast each which included, scrambled eggs, hash browns, backed beans, sausages and eggs all very tasty. The laundry down stairs provided opportunity to keep our clothing fresh.

More in northern London but in a very quiet, safe, nice neighborhood. It is close to a park and is a 12-minute walk to the underground subway or 2 minutes to a bus stop. As soon as you enter, you feel the peace and serenity that ensues this place. It feels like a blessed place. After stressful travels, I went into my room, and the safety and comfort I felt made me cry.  This place has everything you could possibly need and more at a very low rate for London lowest room is £65. I stayed in multiple places, and this was by far the best accommodation with the most amenities. The service is really fantastic. They provide a laundry room, a conference room, free buffet style breakfast, communal refrigerator, towels, and soap. The rooms had tea, a water bottle, and cookies. Everyone has access at all times to multiple lounge areas, and one has a filtered water machine. Staff are more than willing to help you. There are plenty of communal bathrooms that are very clean. Water pressure and temperature were wonderful. They have really thought about all that you could possibly need. My only lament is that the walls may be thin because it was easy for the other room to hear me. It's a very quiet place.  I'm so thankful for my stay at THC and my great experience! Also, thank you for being willing to hold onto my bag in between my travels!  Safety: Very safe posh area

I love The Highbury Centre! Amazingly good value and in a really good location. I've had single, non-ensuite rooms and they've been ideal - a good size, sink, desk and tea-making facilities. Very much recommended. Rooms: 5/5
