Free parking on street outside. Sat nav takes you to the back of the building so you just have to drive round the street.nWe booked here on the day as our previous accommodation cancelled as we were travelling up and some people who overheard our issue recommended it.nThe gentleman on reception could not have been more friendly or helpful.nVery quiet and cleannMe and my friend had a twin room and slept very well. Great value for money to visit Falkirk.
My first stay was booked by work. The most awful mattress on a single bed. Breakfast has a wide variety of choice including fruit, yoghurt, continental meats and cheeses and even cooked breakfast. Personally, no complaints about the food, would never go here again because of the bedrooms.
We had a superior kingsize room for £65 inc breakfast and we had thought the room was fantastic until we had the breakfast!! My wife and I are gluten intolerant and the chef was fantastic. We advised them the day before and was greeted by an amazing array of options cooked with love and care.nThe bar was small but well stocked and a perfect location to visit both Falkirk and Stirling.nKeep up the good work.
This was the second time our company has put us up to stay at the Helix, and we love staying here, the breakfast is phenomenal, and if you can't have a cooked breakfast or enjoy the continental due to time constraints, they make epic bteakfast rolls to take away. The hotels restaurant is also great, with generous portions and fresh ingredients, the staff are also very helpful and friendly, and know how to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Would recommend
Excellent hotel, clean throughout, & room was good size & spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Evening meal in bar was very good, & breakfast was fantastic. Cereals, fruits, juices, scones, jams, rolls, etc all laid out on large table to start, then hot breakfast ordered & served to your table. Cannot fault anything about the hotel. Thoroughly recommend it. It's about 5 miutes drive from Helix park where the Kelpies are, & about 25 minutes drive from Edinburgh airport.
