Cheap and cheerful, everything you need to stop over for a couple of days, great location when on business.

Small dirty room, stains and hair in a "clean" bed. Yes it's cheap but I'd still expect a basic level of cleanliness. Ended up going elsewhere

Went to check in on Tuesday night, booked an en-suite room only to be told that the boiler had been broken for a few days and they were still waiting on a part so meant that there was no hot water in the room so no shower! They had one shower available (an electric one) in the whole hotel that worked!!! Never thought to ring arriving guests to let them know of this so could arrange alternative accommodation!! Was told they didn’t know the part was not arriving until just after 5 now they have had to order a part from Germany which could be Friday but not guaranteed!! The “manager” older bloke who frankly couldn’t care less couldn’t even answer the question to why the arrivals hadn’t been contacted. Not even any service. I know this place isn’t the ritz but you’d expect a bit of customer service. Managed to find an alternative accomodation for the 4 nights after the 9 hour journey where I could eventually relax. Never ever will I book to stay here again!!!

Not happy with cleanliness carpet stained and dirty in the edges of carpet to. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff could do with training how to be polite and helpfully with a frown on their face. They did not tell me that there was no en suite with room.
