Shocking. Told us the wrong date at the consultation. Didnt call ahead of time as normal places to confirm with the customer that they are attending. Said we missed the appointment even though the nurse told us another date. Took the deposit, but after me calling serveral times they said the appoitment has now gone and the cant give another one unless we pay again!!! Person i spoke to over the phone was very blàse about the whole thing and not helpful at all. They can stick there £50 deposit. We will go and spend our money elsewhere. There is plenty of better places in london to go. Avoid these jokers!!!!

I recently undertook a surgical procedure at the above clinic and can provide positive feedback from the experience. The Doctor was very through with explaining the procedures and providing valuable background information to myself at all stages. The nurses, Rebecca and Georgina, were also very attentive and again provided thorough post op consultations. The clinic is also very punctual as my longest wait was about 5 mins max

I can't recommend this clinic high enough from my experience.

I was most impressed with Watford.  The Comfort level that was given to me by Ms Rebecca Warrant and all the members made it easy for me to select this group for the procedure I selected.
After researching many other cosmetic firms, I was most impressed and happy to go with Watford.
Dr Mark Solomos is a remarkable surgeon and I was very happy being under his care.
My overall experience; just fantastic.
