I had a hair cut, wash and cut- the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked the person to take a good five inches off my hair but she chopped it right off! Didn’t pay any attention to detail - everything was rushed from the wash to the cut! My hair looks terrible and the layers are all lopsided. I paid 37 pounds to for this and I’m so disappointed! This was before Christmas. I have tried to call the salon but no response.

amazing hair dressers except from one off putting lady with grayish hair . she took one look at my hair the the phone rang , she went to it and after 10 seconds she said to the person see you in 5 minutes.  she came back and I said I would like it layard and 1 inch off , she replied to me with it will have to be washed to layer it . I had it layard in the same hair dressers in Milton Keynes and I didn't have to get it washed so I said just take 1 inch off then please . she then comedy through my hair and said you have head lice I will tell your mum then we left . when we got back home in washed my hair and then my mum combed through it and she said it was dead skin and it came out in one brush . I would have had nice hair but I left the same as I came in but discussed

VERY UNRELIABLE, AVOID!  Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could. This salon has been my worst experience so far. I initially wanted an appointment for highlights for an event. I was booked in for 10am and was told that I was the first client. I also left my contact information. I turn up to my appointment and to my surprise I’m seeing 5+ people waiting before me and someone getting their hair done! I even got told that my contact information was lost and to come back in the afternoon. I couldn’t make it then as my initial appointment was at 10 am for a reason. Despite this, a few weeks after I decided to give the salon another chance and I went back. Another hair dresser told me to leave my contact information AGAIN and that someone will be in touch with me for an appointment and no one has even bothered to call. Such a waste of time, Very unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t go back if they did it for free.

Supercuts in Watford is great. Some hairdressers are better than others tho. Friendly staff and not too long of a wait. My only criticisms are hairwashing could be improved and it would be great if hair was checked and the end to make sure its even. Other than that its a nice hairdressers Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I have had three haircuts at the Holloway salon and I have been happy with all of them. The stylists are lovely and really know what they are doing. I have found my favourite salon!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I popped in to have my fringe cut. I’ve never been to Supercuts before as I have my own hairdresser. The lady who cut my fringe is called Marjeta and I could tell just from cutting my fringe that she is a good hairdresser. Whilst I waited my turn Marjeta was just finishing a hairstyle which had included a colour and cut and looked gorgeous. Before sitting me in the chair Marjeta sprayed  and cleaned the chair, disposable cape  was used, I noticed they use disposable towels too, they also had the door open so I felt they were really trying to keep customers safe. I will definitely return, the fringe cut cost £4:50.

Booked an appointment for 9.30am, turned up at around 9.20am. Someone else came in at 9.45am whilst I was still waiting! and had booked for 10am and got seen to straight away we were both just wanting a haircut. Ended up waiting 20mins after my start time for just a hair cut 30+mins wait in total. The appointment said it would last 40mins.. was only 20 mins, very rushed. She didn't dry my hair properly even though I paid for it. Also half of my back got wet when my hair was being washed. I asked for long layers, half of my hair had no layers. Probably the worst haircut I've had in my life. I've been to supercuts before and it's been fine but this experience has really put me off and won't be back.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
