I absolutely adore Petra who works in that location. She is warm, polite and always professional. However, the staff on Monday 19/06/17 were CLUELESS! I was so disgusted with Dumb and Dumber that I walked out! Why should I pay some ill bred nincompoop's salary by giving my custom ££? No way! So I walked. My money walked. I will shop on Amazon, where prices are lower for the same products.

Just brought some B100 vitamins tablets, as I'm a busy bee 😊, the lady who served me was very helpful and polite with a great sense of humour 😎. Fabulous store in my opinion

Overall, all member of staff were very helpful and friendly. On 15/04/2017, I went in there and purchased over £30.00, with an item on a penny sale, by right, I should pick another one to just have to pay 1 penny, however, was not advise of. When I checked the receipt and went back in the shop and asked the lady staff who served me, she told me that the other product was not in the penny sale (which I have paid) which by right she should have advised me to get one more with the penny sale. Only one member of staff not being helpful and bad attitude!

Very helpful staff. All the stuff you would expect to find in a standard-sized Holland & Barratt store but with the most helpful, knowledgeable staff. Don't often go to H&B but I will do so a lot more often now.
