Fab salon and really friendly atmosphere!!
Desperately needed an early appointment for my baby shower on the Saturday the salon was opened early for me and the stylist who done my hair Chloe was a star very well presented and so friendly and done my hair beautifully I came out feeling like a million dollars! :) love this place and would highly recommend it. Thanks Chloe and to the rest of the staff who made it a smooth sailing morning for me! Xx

The staff are always polite and friendly, and the salon, spotless. 
It is a shame that the last cut I had was not what I asked for.  The stylist gave me a cut that was not as I had described and did not resemble the picture I had shown.  I will not be returning - it has taken months to grow back.

I live in Hemel, but I still make the journey to this Toni and Guy because I always feel like a million dollars when I leave. A couple of times when I've not been too sure of the style afterwards the amazing Sara-Lou has listened and done another one, no problem!

Had colour and blow dry loved it so much going back tomorrow for another amazing blow dry! Staff are wicked can't do enough for you the receptionist Charley is so lovely and v pretty. Kayla coloured my hair she done a great job and is very quick highly recommend it 😄

Whilst I didn't have my hair cut here, I just wanted to write a quick review to commend the customer service I received when recently buying some product for my hair in the Watford branch.

I'd recently had a hair cut (not Toni and Guy) which I loved but I was struggling to style myself.  I popped in for some advice on product selection and the help I received was fantastic.

The lovely girl on reception took the time to find out how I usually style my hair to ensure I was going to get a product that worked for me.  In addition she gave me some styling tips and I've managed to walk away with a product that is already making a difference to me styling my own hair..

Definitely worth bearing in mind for product purchases, not just hair cutting services.
