I used Specsavers a few times already. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and patient. 
Last time I wanted to change the glasses and keep old frames which was not a problem for them and they did it in 2 hours.

Got a free eye test. 20/20 vision apparently. But they were helpful and nice. My girlfriend also had an eye test and got some glasses. They were again helpful with the choice etc. Recommended.

Friendly, professional staff. Had an appointment, so no waiting time. Was advised that I needed new lenses, but was not under any pressure to purchase immediately. Would recommend them.

The staff there are so helpful. By far the best experience I have had at any optitions. I would highly recommend visiting this particular branch as they are very very good at what they do
