Zero aftercare service. Went back with my mum after she got new glasses from them which were hurting her eyes. Waited 40 mins before being seen to and after asking three times when someone would be available. Was hoping they could check them for her but asked for a refund instead as service was so bad. Seems they are only interested until they've made their money then they don't care!
