I telephoned Syhiba in Sowerby Bridge to politely cancel a booking and was questioned by the person on the other end on a very personal and insulting level about my state of mind! (Which incidentally is fine). If this is the level of professional conduct and customer relations of a restaurant towards its customers then no matter how good the food (and I have eaten there before), I would not set foot in there again!
