Was here today 7th January for my mum's birthday. Seemed like a long wait for our food but when it came it was all hot and very good. Service was very good too.

I do like this place the atmosphere is good. The menus is wrote on a huge chalk board as you walk in & the staff are friendly. They have children's colouring to entertain them.  but the last time visited I was disappointed  my lasagne had hardly any taste to it or meat & the garlic bread tasted & looked like the cheap saver one you can get from asda.  My partner had fish and he said that was nice. So hopefully it was a one off because I have had other meals here and they have been delicious.

We came here by chance after a walk on Sunday. The butternut squash and chili soup was stunningly delightful. The best chips I have eaten in a pub. They serve excellent Timothy Taylor Landlord too, and if you love TTL, you will understand that serving an excellent pint is challenging. I am so pleased we visited. Beer garden was so tranquil, views serene, and staff were enthusiastic and friendly.  My husband had the hot beef and onion sandwich, again, another winner. The Sunday roasts that passed by our table looked great.  Thank goodness we relocated to a home nearby the Beehive Inn.  Super.

I haven't been for a little while but the beer and food here were very nice and it wasn't too pricey.

Great food. Dog Friendly. Kid friendly. 
Staff were very accommodating. We will definitely be back. 
Can't recommend this place enough
