Went for sunday lunch, excellent, clean newly refurbished. Lots to choose on menu. Baby facilities , disabled access, on site car parking , outside seating. Nice pub out of the way food was a little slow coming not really busy either.

Rude and slow service. All 5 meals had something missing. When asking the miserable manchild if we get a refund he said "Not up to me" and walked off. He told us they had run out of what we didn't receive, but then when we asked someone else it came to the table 5 minutes later, and it took at least 45 minutes for burgers and steaks. Honestly cannot get my head around the whole situation. Even the hand dryer couldn't be arsed drying my hands. 98.2% would not eat here again. Unless there was no where else in the whole world. But then again I'd rather starve to death.

Just been tonight for the first time since refurb... I ordered the sizzling skillet Mexican chicken & my partner ordered the steak. Mine came cold... They took it back & it came back red hot. My partner left most of the steak as it was just full of gristle & fat. The chips were also warmed up and not freshly made. We then bit the bullet & ordered a sweet each & waited nearly an hour for 2 icecream sundaes!! Not happy at all. Was much better 12 month ago when i last came.

Very busy place, big car park, nice building, having been recently refurbished, friendly staff, good food competitively priced... A nice eating experience...

Service very slow , waited nearly 2hours for mains the. When food arrived was very bland and basic , only has a burger and they over cooked it making it hard and rubbery to eat.
