This is one of our favourite places to eat in Cornwall. We can always trust that we'll have a great meal here. The portion sizes are generous, which works well for my four constantly hungry kids. The is generally a nice selection of daily specials. The service has also been fast and friendly, with the waiting staff making you feel really welcome. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic pub located in glynn valley which in itself is very beautiful, the pub has friendly staff serving a good variety of ciders and beers! The food is also very nice and the portion sizes are good, even though the roast dinners are plated they still manage to fill you up due to how much you receive, something you don't always get. Everything is a fair price for what you get and is definitely worth a visit!

The meal and service was bang on! Great size portions for your money, friendly and quick service all round. Dessert was good but could have been a little more for the price. Definitely will be back!

I love this place. Always a friendly welcome and nice experience. Food is always good with generous portions. Great selection of specials too. Give this place a try. You'll like it.

Had a great lunch here - ham, egg and home cooked chips; apple and cinnamon crumble with plenty of custard for pudding. Friendly staff, quick service and nice ambiance. Will definitely be returning.
