Nice looking pub from the outside and I was not disappointed with the inside. Good range of ales and ciders . The menu was not extensive but with the specials was certainly adequate. We chose the Two fish for  £12 (Only on Friday ). We were given a choice of Cod, Plaice or Scampi, I picked the Cod which was a good size and the home made chips were lovely.

Had a lovely carvery today here with my mum. Best I've had in years. Normally carvaries can be bland. But the veg & meat were seasoned lovely & nice herbs used. Will definitely be coming back!! Lovely staff too)

This is a nice friendly pub. The carvery was very nice but sadly not quite the best I have had. Good menu and lovely desserts. Well worth a visit.
