I’m really dissappointed in my visit here. I never write reviews but I just feel like had to for this. I was charged £38 for a wash and blow dry with short hair…. I checked in advance and the website was £32. I’ve seen it there for months. I told her when I was paying surely it’s not £38 for a wash and blow dry the website says £32, instead two of them just said no it’s never been £32. Maybe you should check what you’re advertising for. The lady doing my hair said my hair was damaged because I asked for her to re go over it as my hair was all frizzy. My natural hair is curly and I have baby hairs as I warned her beforehand. My hair felt all damp underneath so that’s why I told her if she could go over it otherwise it would go curly underneath but then to say my hair is damanged I just felt that wasn’t very nice. I understand a business is a business but at the end of the day you’re providing a service. Really disappointedService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

To be honest, I rated this place 5 stars based solely on the beauty treatment I received, not the hairdressers, as unfortunately I waited 1hr for the hairdresser to tell me that he is unqualified and unexperienced to wash, cut and blow-dry non European hair. I was disappointed as I did explain the type of hair I had over the phone before hooking a hair appointment. Nevertheless, girls! Go and book your beauty treatments at the Butterfly Allure within the THC is amazing!!!! Top quality waxing and you feel silly smooth when you left. No disappointments!!!!

I had the best massage in my life. If you want to have an amazing experience book a message session with Luiza and you will not regret it. Thank you very much for your help. I feel so much better and much more relaxed than any other massage I've ever had. I look forward to seeing you again on my next visit. Keep up the amazing work.

This is probably the most relaxed salon I've ever been to, everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. I enquired in several salons in the area to try and find the best place to get my hair cut from almost waist-length to chin-length, and I chose the Hair Co because they seemed the most genuinely happy-to-be-there and offered an attractive price. The staff seem very accomplished and to have a strong, loyal and diverse client base. I am very happy with my new look and give them top marks for value!

I'm fairly well known for giving businesses are hard time for bad service so it's only fair that I compliment good service. I took my 2 year old for a haircut at The Hair Company in Pitshanger Lane this evening. He was an absolute terror, screaming and going crazy but the lady that cut his hair was brilliant. Incredibly patient and took it all in her stride. Thanks so much!

Would not recommend this place for a blow dry if you have curly hair. Roots were left frizzy, they used the wrong size brush tiny fringe/root brush for my entire head and had little to no technique in trying to achieve a bounce.ServicesHairstyling

A huge thank you to MARIANNA for the wonderful natural highlights I wanted for so long but no other hairdresser could ever do. Wonderful lady and perfect service. As for the equipment it needs a bit of updating especially the towels. Suppose that is down to the owners/ management.

Worst experience of my life. Had a keratin treatment which turned my hair from dark brown to orange and a fringe cut which is so lopsided even my 6 year old son noticed. Salon is filthy, broken brushes with other people’s hair clogged in them. So upset and when I went back to discuss they basically denied it had changed colour even though I had a photo taken earlier in the week which clearly showed how dark my hair was. They really have ruined my hair and I’m so upset.

Wonderful staff especially Marianne who I always request her because she does fantastic with my hair. Should be going back to this amazing salon soon. Best in town.
