My experience with Amia has always been great! I always have my waxing sessions with Mona. She makes me feel comfortable and safe and more like a friend than a customer and I love that! Mona is so meticulous with her work, she’s done all of my sessions in top quality (she’s NEVER missed a hair) even though I live in South East London now, I always make sure I come back Mona because I have never had the same service anywhere else. Amia is professional, offers top notch customer service and most importantly friendly! I can’t recommend Amia enough.

Have been to this salon several times now, definitely recommend, always well taken care of. Mona is an amazing therapist, kind and friendly and very professional - Hollywood and full leg wax is always well done and relatively pain free (it gets better the more times you go!) I'm pregnant at the moment and she ensures I am always comfortable. Have also had a deluxe shellac manicure and pedicure, really enjoyed the relaxing and pampering experience. I never go anywhere else!

Mona does my beauty treatments and I’m her regular customer. I get my waxing done and microdermabrasion facials including the eye treatment. I also get threading done with her too. She is so good I would recommend her to everyone and is a great person to have a laugh with who really is uplifting. Also today I needed to get my hair cut and decided to get it done at Amia for the first time and Mona recommended me to get it done by Rachel. Rachel is really good and I’ve been praised so much since I got my hair done at a great price too - I’ll now come back for my hair cuts and blowdries.

Finding a salon that makes you feel completely comfortable in a new city is always a tough decision, especially for waxing. From my very first appointment Amia provided this. I could not speak more highly of Mona and her attitude towards her clients. Always making sure you are comfortable and delivering brilliant service. Waxing isn't always the most comfortable beauty service to have, but you are definitely in great hands with Mona! Could not recommend enough.

I've been to this salon twice and I was always greeted immediately and kindly. The customer service has been lovely because the employees I interacted with were all nice and friendly. Mona delivered a very comfortable and professional service and she's also very kind. Definitely coming here for my services now!
