Came for the beauty salon upstairs who are so friendly and nice. Treatments are always great and venue is nicely furnished and relaxing. Good value and one of my favourites among the many Ealing salons.

One star only for being on the Google Map, I walked in on a rainy day for a quick chat about hair products they stock.  

I represent a fairly large corporate organisation with word of mouth marketing business model and we have three different shampoo / conditioner product mixes with solid proportion of natural ingredients in formulation, with quality steadily rising towards true North.  

There is a market for our products as women are looking for healthy alternatives with less exposure to chemicals.  Therefore I engage every now and then with salons' owners in conversations about the type of clients they have in the area with the view to try our volume and colour shampoos.

The owner / manager guy made a big effort to be abrupt, aesthetically unpleasant, bordering non compliance in business ethics thinking that I was door to door sales person.  I may add, even if I was, there are other, more developed ways to say what he wanted to say.

I may well know people whom I can recommend the shop / salon. Will I be an advocate for the Ginger Group?  Will leave it to you to answer this question.

On a very positive note: two floors upstairs are taken by a beauty clinic of operational and customer service excellence, I will review it in a separate post.

My best advice to the Ginger team - Smile and Life will Smile back at you.  As a true Cockney market stall trader once told me - "Greed makes you ugly, and who once to buy from an ugly person? Smile at your customers!!" Works in a surprising way 100%!

Power to the people of Web 2.0!! Where a user can review share and exchange experience online there and then!

I won't go anywhere else than Ginger Group, and Aurora is an amazing stylist and lovely. Very friendly, professional and always leave happy. 100% recommend and genuinely best salon in Ealing!
