Excellent Service. I did Facial and it was so good. Feeling fresh and my skin tone is brighten. Had good facial massage, feeling relaxed. They are very friendly and fulfill customer needs and they suggest you as per your skin. Lovely people, hard working employees and keep going guys.

I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted for my son to the barber and it just turned out really different. The barber insisted that he wasn't going to do a fade at the back and sides because the hair was going to be too short - which is the whole point of a fade - Haircut came out really basic and unflattering in the end. Would not recommend. I'm not happy with my daughter's haircut either and it was her first

Went there thinking I would treat myself after work. I booked a wash and cut on treatwell, paid 30£. Went there, decided to have the blowout as well would cost all together 40£. They charged me 30£ for the blowout alone when I already paid 30!! 60£ for a badly done haircut, no heat protector, they did the blowout to straighten my hair after and check the haircut to then curl it again! Make it make sense. Never again. Worse hairdresser I’ve ever been to. They didn’t even apologised when I called. So unprofessional

First visit to the shop, very happy and satisfied with my haircut and the beard trim, Dean by far he is the best barber around, definitely I’ll come back.

Nail tech did this to my nails, was so embarrassed. I only wanted infills….took my varnish off and wanted me to leave like that or charge me more for varnish to be added. The varnish she was charging me for was acyclic gel but the one she used was normal nail varnish. Will never go again.  This is not a reflection on the fabulous hair dressers!! They are 5* and amazing at their craft. Honestly one of the best x

Words can not describe how much this salon has ruined my hair. Went in to have a one length hair cut, for some reason the front of my hair was cut, one said was blended fine, the other however was just cut in a straight line across rather then being blended into the bottom layer. Not to mention one side is longer than the other. My hair looks ridiculous and the front is so short I can not even cut my hair one length because it is too short. You’d assume being a hair dresser you could do a simple hair cut,  clearly I was wrong. I can not go back in time, but I can warn others. Worst salon experience ever. You ruined my hair to the point I can’t do anything other than walk around with this stupid hair cut until my hair grows out and I can actually go to a salon that knows what they are doing and fix it.

Very good service. I used to do my keratin treatment here .This had made my hair very smooth and healthy.  Also all the service like waxing, threading and facial has given me a good experience.Highly recommended.

I had booked an appointment for a "gel infill" to remove a nail design that a previous nail technician had done on my nails another shop. However, during this appointment, the technician brought out acrylic powder, which was not what I had requested in my booking information on Treatwell. When I pointed this out, she went ahead and filed down my nails, leaving them thin and didn't apply any "gel product". Instead, she informed me that she didn't have the "gel product" and just painted my nails with NORMAL polish. This is mostly because she don’t speak nor understand English.  Even though I was really unhappy with the service, I didn't want to cause a scene as there was a queue of other customers waiting for their appointments huge clashing. However, I did talk to the lady at the front desk about my experience and how unhappy I was. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to understand my concerns and just started breaking down the cost for me to pay extra, which was not a solution to the problem.  To make things worse, my nails only lasted for three hours after the appointment before they started breaking. This is not the first time I've had issues with this nail salon not following instructions. I've also noticed that the technician sells services under the table by writing her bank details on a tissue. I've reported this to "Treatwell" and also to the establishment, as they weren't aware of this activity.

Thank you Dean the barber for the amazing haircut. When I went to school the day after getting a haircut, all my friends complimented me on my haircut. Dean is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Always incredible service when I visit Royal hair and beauty! My go to salon for everything! They always accommodate me even when I haven’t booked an appointment and they will always go that extra mile! Thank you Shady, Maryam, Mary and Honey!!
