I had really bad experience with them, got some gift card from my friend with the -30% discount on the next visit. So I went there once, staff did not really care about me, left me waiting for someone 15 min which is not acceptable and the hairdresser didnt really listen what im saying. After all, I have asked staff if I can make an appointment for another treatment and get my -30% off. The receptionist told me that if I'm not sure I do not have to set up a date straight away. I could just give them a call at anytime and still will get my discount. When I called them today, one of the staff was really rude and said that I won't be able to get my benefits with my next visit and I should to made an app on my last visit. When I have told her that reception girl advised me to take my time and give them a call at anytime wherever I want to do my hair...she juts dropped a line!!! Rude staff. Never again. Waste of money.

I have been coming to Busby's for nearly 20 years and whilst there have been many changes over that time both to decor and staff, one thing has never changed - their high levels of customer service. I have always found the staff be they reception, stylists or juniors, to be extremely friendly and accommodating and on the rare occasions where there has been an issue - a late running stylist for example - they will always apologise and try to compensate in some way if at all possible. I was also in on the day when they were experiencing problems with their hot water - hardly their fault; we've all been there - and whilst the hair wash did involve kettles, jugs and buckets, they got the job done with a minimum of fuss and could not have been more apologetic. The alternative was to be turned away to get an appointment with another, untried hairdresser with zero notice. No thanks. So my advice is to ignore the negative reviews and book an appointment today!

Been using Busbys for many years , and I've always been 100% happy with my hair. Lovely and friendly atmosphere. Also love the sunbed, the best in Ealing!

I've been going to busbys for many years now and I would advise everyone to go there too. It is a friendly and welcoming salon, always making sure that the customers are dealt with the best customer service possible. Ellen is my hair stylist, I have always been happy with the way she does my hair!
