I've been taking Micah's gym classes for about 3 months now and I am so glad I did! He has so much energy and has a talent for making a workout fun and interesting. I feel like I am always learning something new and challenging my body. He has a great attitude and is encouraging throughout EVERY class. He also gives great instruction, always willing to answer questions and switches routines up based on requests. I highly recommend his classes / have him as a PT for anyone that is looking for a change. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MICAH! P.S Please do an ABS class!
Joined The Gym 3 months ago. The staff have been amazing and supportive since the start. But especially the PT Micah Harris has been one of the best trainers I have ever got. He goes above and beyond with his job, while being respectful but also professional. He teaches you the right way and form to exercise with each gym equipment. Continuously motivates you, gives you training advices for your non-session moments and also nutritional suggestions. He helped me build a Food Diary to slowly change my eating habits and fit my needs as well. He's totally worth it and I would suggest anyone searching for a PT near Tottenham area to consider him. It has been 3 months but I already feel so much better with myself. Thank you Micah!
Joined this Gym around 3 months. Very welcoming staff and easy to access. Have had Rose as a personal trainer who is excellent. In November I had to have some surgery and she put a plan together to get me strong enough for the surgery which ensured I had a much speedier recovery. She has created fun enjoyable sessions and pushes me to achieve goals I never thought were possible.
Great selection of equipment , spacious with lots of windows. There are two other Gym Groups in the area and this one is my favourite by far, windows are a big sell for me. The staff are friendly and approachable. Special shout out to PT Rose who I met whilst running and dancing on the treadmill. Rose makes this Gym feel like home, always greets me every morning, she is an absolute ray of sunshine
Excellent experience at the gym. I have been training at the gym with Micah my personal trainer for 3 months. He is a great coach, motivating and enriched with knowledge about fitness. He has the capability to tailor each session to the clients needs and help reach fitness goals you aspire for. His sessions are challenging but also fun and engaging. He has a friendly and respectful approach I would highly recommend Micah to anyone who is serious about reaching their fitness goals.
Recently joined the gym again after a year and a half off from recovering from surgery. I decided to take up PT again and decided to go with Rose after going to one of her brilliant weight lifting classes. This class is new but very needed so a great addition to the classes. Rose has been amazing in so many different ways. She is motivating, encouraging, creative with exercises, commited and dedicated to you reaching your goals, friendly, knowledgeable as well as being a very inspirational individual. When I don't feel like training, training with Rose immediately picks me up. It's only been a few weeks but I'm already really thankful to Rose. Really looking forward to achieving my goals with the help and support of Rose.
Really lovely gym, and the class weights for women by Rose and ‘fit pump’ with Kins are the best way to familiarise myself the best exercises and get weightlifting again after a long pause ankle surgery with metal plates . Really love the challenging moves and Rose gives many options, but you re a really good fitness test and a great way to see progress week to week even at my least motivated. Great classes and it gets easier and easier even after leaving my gym or 10 years, I love being here. Thanks so much!
10/10 for PT Micah I have been doing Micah's gym classes for a while now, and I have to say they are amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and his classes were informative and engaging. He was always willing to answer questions and provide helpful feedback. He was also very encouraging and made sure everyone was getting the most out of each class. I highly recommend any of his classes/PT/ if you're looking to get in shape and learn more about fitness.
Recently joined this gym and love how spacious and clean it is. I’ve been training with Rose. She’s a great PT, very attentive, knowledgeable and super sweet - love training with her! I’m a complete beginner and never felt like not going so far because Rose keeps me motivated and focused on my goals!
Just recently joined and it's a really nice gym. It has a lot of space, lots of machines and weights, and the facilities are clean. I've just started sessions with PT Rose and she's been really lovely. She's made a plan for my training which has challenged me and I'm looking forward to seeing how much I improve.
