Story

Once complete, New River Sport & Fitness will provide:

- Brand new gym, group exercise and indoor cycle studios.
- Ten new artificial football pitches suitable for five-a-side football
- A new artificial full-size floodlit pitch suitable for football, rugby league and rugby union
- A new indoor ‘air dome’ with four tennis courts, as well as outdoor tennis facilities
- A Refurbished Grandstand and Pavilion
- A refurbished 400m athletics track
- A resurfaced multi-use games area
- A Café and Bar – Bickels Yard Food & Drink Company – offering a variety of food and drink options for all occasions

Sports centre with nice big stand, bit run down, but no water, vending machines out of action on our visit.

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars! They refuse to issue me a refund after I cancelled a month in advance and they over charged me! Complete scams they even acknowledged I cancelled but won’t issue a refund without an email. Do not join this gym!!!!!

Multi purpose sports facility for the local community. And also hosts non league football matches. The stadium is a bit rough around the edges, especially the dugouts need replacing. But the pitch itself looks great.

Been trying to contact them for weeks but no answer on the phones or via the contact form. Is it even open anymore?

Poor refund policy!!! I do not advise joining!

Great facility

Great high quality indoor tennis courts and very cooperative staff. 100% Recommended.
