Impressed! Belong to another gym which I am paying double the monthly membership of this one. The one I belong to is bigger but now is looking tired and poorly maintained with things missing or broken! So decided to look at “The Gym” Smaller than my gym but wow. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The machines are of high quality and set out perfectly. Upstairs even more machines and free weights. Not a posers gym so I think all levels would feel comfortable here. Quality machines and great feel to the place and open 24/7 👍Will be joining ASAP.

Very good amount of equipment, gym is clean and tidy, there is always somewhere to park. Staff are friendly and helpful. They offer advice when you are doing something that might injur you. In most gyms they let u carry on doing it wrong (5 stars for the staff alone). Most importantly even at peak times this gym is not packed and there aren't many machine hoggers like other gyms I've been to (this is only at the Dagenham one, other gym groups still have that problem) Great value for money :).

A fatty priced basic gym with plenty of equipment. It's open 24/7 with classes running all week. Parking is free. There's no pool ect but that's part of the basic package. A shame there's a McDonald's over the road!

20 pound register fee :D no cash accepted.. So if u a tourist u have to open bank accaunt to go to the gym.. So stupid system for people who comes for a short time. This is last time i am came to london for holidays, stupid system..

My regular gym. Has a verity of equipment and not a shortage of them as most are doubled so you will always be able to find a machine to work out on a particular body part. Well spaced and friendly staff who are always willing to help and advise.
