Excellent value for money and it is open 24 hours.nNew refit/investments has really paid off.nnThanks gym group Chadwell Heath.
Great gym and great customer service. You can see the guys are really trying to improve the club, been a member for 5 years and the current team are doing what they can. Equipment checks and cleanliness has improved drastically. A machine is never out of service for more than a day or so and is fixed. The feeling of the club is really nice, Kris & Harry are doing a great job.nnNew personal trainers have started and the club really is on the up. New equipment arrived 2 days after me telling the guys some had been missing so I can see they listen and act upon requests.nnKeep up the good work
I been going to this gym a very long time. Has never let me down. Plenty staff. Cleaner works hard. Atmosphere is friendly. There's plenty of equipment sometimes you got to ask to share. Plenty cardio machines and there's a few squat racks power lifting area and bench press areas. They have conventional equipment now a days and a heavy boxing bag. It really is a great gym
Good gym for the price. Downside is that the gym does get very busy in the evenings and weekends.nI have tried a few classes - they are not all great the only classes I have enjoyed are the classes run by Ibim. He puts effort into his classes, makes them enjoyable and provides a great workout!
Chadwell Heath Gym is a reliable and well-maintained facility that gets the job done. The equipment is modern and kept clean, making for a pleasant workout environment. While it can get quite busy during peak hours, the atmosphere is much calmer and more enjoyable during off-peak times, especially between 10pm and 7am.nnA great option for anyone looking for a straightforward and functional gym experience.
