Very helpful gym staff on hand. Explained new gym equipment and how to use it.. James was very professional and offered much needed advice on machines. Gym is clean,  Would definitely recommend. Excellent service from gym staff.

Nice place to relax during the week day. After a good workout you can go for a swim, sauna and steam!  It also has a beauty parlour where you can have various treatments, haircuts etc

A few machines are broke, but head office have said that a refurb is happening in feb 2018.  It’s still a well equipped gym. There are 2 saunas (wet and dry). A swimming pool that’s never too busy.  It’s also getting new owners of the cafe/shop.  More healthy options and fresher food guaranteed. 
Front desk are very smart and polite. Cleaners are the same.  And the trainers are very professional.  I can guarantee you will be more than satisfied if you took a PT from the relatively new trainer called Sue.   Don’t let her petite size fool you.  She’s a monster.

Update.  New restaurant opened in the premises.  Fresh healthy food at a cheap price now made by nikki. Please try it after your workout.  The bigger the success the better for the whole Gym and us as a whole. Plus it saves you having to cook yourself.

This is a health club not just a gym. Three floors with the gym hall located on the third  floor, a bar on the first floor stocked with health drinks,etc. There's also a swimming pool, saunas and more ...
