It's a lovely gym right in the middle of the Brewery shopping centre so parking is free as long as you get reception to validate your ticket. The gym is on 2 levels, with cardio machines on the lower area and classes on the upper level as well as a larger gym area. There is a good size swimming pool visible from the lower ground, a sauna and steam room plus a Jacuzzi...there is also a coffee bar when you enter. The showers and changing rooms are spacious and clean.

I’ve always loved this gym, have been here for two years and mainly only do classes, my favourite class was the Zumba class on Monday night with James Brown but unfortunately for no reason Nuffield health has just decided to get rid of his class and put other classes in place which will never be as good as James Brown Zumba class, the class was always fun and always full of members so I know a lot of members including me are very disappointed with the gyms decision to just stop this class. I don’t think it’s fair and I’m absolutely gutted.

Like the gym it's conveniently located and get your parking refunded for 2 hours. Always handy to grab a bite to eat from Sainsbury afterwards or the other restaurants within the brewery.

Lots of space and you don’t have to queue for equipment . Lots of facilities for families as well - so you can drop your kid off and work out in peace

I used to go to this gym when I lived in Romford. Decent gym, but have to say it was better run under Virgin Active. Staff were friendly. Weighing scale in the men's changing room never really worked. I took my daughter to swimming classes. For the most part, the lessons were good, but there was one instructor who was absolutely useless. I complained and never really heard back. So felt I didn't get my money's worth. Anyway, gym is ok, pretty standard. Expensive for what was offered.
